I work at the intersection of public and private sectors to develop responsible solutions. I research population health and planetary sustainability, with a focus on food. I was the lead researcher on a book published by Palgrave Macmillian in 2013, Environmental Debt, which outlines a new framework for responsible business practices, connecting the ROI of business with sustainability. I have consulted with Vitality Institute, a health policy think tank where I developed a healthy Food@Work program for employers. In 2013, I completed a Masters in Climate and Society at Columbia University's Earth Institute, where my research focused on connectivity, health and globalization. I am excited to connect about these and other topics. In addition to being a researcher and writer, I enjoy traveling the world.
